NAED Announcement: Database Update Means You Need A New Password

NAED has just completed a massive membership database upgrade, and it is now integrated with the www.NAED.org website.

The completed new database brings two important announcements:

  1. All NAED members need to reset their account password.
  2. NAED staff no longer has visibility to your password, so all users will be required to use the 'forgot password' link and a new password will be automatically emailed to the address on the user's account.

NAED created this video to help you go through the steps to reset your password.

To recap: The first time you log in, you will need to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link. Once you get logged in, you can update your profile by clicking Edit Profile from the side menu on the left side of the screen.   If your company is an NAED SSO partner, no password reset is required.  Just click the Login Using SSO on the login page.

NAED will be sending out more information in the coming days on how to use the new features of our site.  Things like ordering training online for your employees, saving payment to your account to expedite the checkout process, make contributions to the NAED Education & Research Foundation’s Future Fund, and more!

If you need help with your login, you can reach us via Live Chat or memberengagement@naed.org
