NAED Cites Rockwell Automation for Excellence in Talent Development -- Manufacturer

St. Louis…The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) has recognized Rockwell Automation, Inc. for Excellence in Talent Development. Rockwell Automation is an American provider of industrial automation and information technology, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An employer of more than 22,000 people, Rockwell Automation’s wide-ranging efforts in talent development extend to employees of all ages and at any point within their career. 

“The willingness of people who want to learn and get engaged has been very receptive Steve DuBois, vice president, North American channels, told tED magazine. We offer remote, learning options, such as the NAED courses. We've tried, where possible, to not require people to travel.”

NAED’s Associate Service Award is presented in recognition of an associate, manufacturing company that has been exceptionally active in the area of training and development to improve the electrical distribution channel.
